Meiri Shuriu Brewery is one Japans most highly awarded Sake Breweries. Using local spring water from Ibaraki that is among the world’s purest this vodka is produced from a sake-base filtered through Japanese White Birch Carbon.
Nose: Strong bouquet, fresh, fruity, crisp apples, melon and pear.
Palate: Thick, lush, and clean. Aromatic passion fruit and citrus, pear and green apples.
Finish: Short, subtle and eminently enjoyable. Lends extremely well to both mixed drinks and cocktails.
