Sullivans Cove 2020 Winter Feast Limited Release 700mL @ 50.2% abv

Winter Feast is our most limited release of the year, a bespoke vatting created especially for Dark MoFo and Tasmania’s darkest midwinter nights. The 2020 edition includes samples from over 500 different casks ranging in age from two to twenty years, including a small portion of HH0001, the very first cask of Sullivans Cove ever filled by Bill Lark and Patrick Maguire all the way back in 1999. This year’s Winter Feast also has a high proportion of a 19yo whisky that’s been finished in French oak Apera for 18 months, giving it a rich, dried fruit character backed up by the malt and sweetness of American oak casks. Bottled at 50.2% abv.
