Tasting Notes
Appearance: Pale golden. Nose: A generally shut nose. Planed wood, light toffee, watercraft varnish. Linseed oil behind, even putty, and later a lychee-like sharpness. With water the acridity comes up (corrosive drops), and the nose sweetens. Still a charming new woodiness or ruggedness, the varnish presently upheld by specialists turpentine. Warm sand. Sooner or later, espresso leftovers with darker sugar. Not an undeniable nose, be that as it may. Body: Medium. Sense of taste: Pleasantly acidic; such starting sweetness as there is immediately subsumed by acridity. Complete: Dry to intense; medium-length, with an appealing waiting sandalwood trailing sensation. Appreciate with parma ham, calves liver or goats cheddar.
