This four-grain whiskey uses organic Midwest grains: oats, malted barley, rye, and wheat. The whiskey is aged in heavily charred 30-gallon new oak barrels and is aged for 18-24 months. Koval is 100% grain-to-bottle distillery. All Koval whiskeys are single-barrel expressions so slight variations may occur.
