Tasting Notes
Nose: Opens gradually to uncover a mass of fragrances: lanolin, smoke, hessian, dried organic product, finished wood floors, oak, liquorice, cake, luxurious red natural product, cream. Sense of taste: Hold it in the mouth and there’s allspice, sultana cake, fresh malt, bung material, turfy smoke which works in force as the whisky opens. Complete: Long, smoky, yet in addition organic product pastilles. Remark: This needs time. Sufficiently right at this cost you’re not really going to shark it back.
