With Cardhu single malt at the core of the mix, and by maturing for no less than 10 years in first-fill American Oak barrels and completing in American Rye barrels, Johnnie Walker has made a taste profile that looks like American Rye whiskies however has the smoothness of Johnnie Walker Scotch Whisky.
