A powerful and complex wine thanks to the innovative use of whisky barrels as part of the finishing. This gives a subtle twist to a traditional Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon blend which showcases premium fruit from the Limestone Coast.
TASTING NOTES
AROMA AND PALATE
A complex nose of enticing rich aromas, such as toffee, crème caramel, and honeycomb, enhanced by cedar and nutmeg spice.
The dark chocolate of the Shiraz is joined by rich cassis from the Cabernet Sauvignon, with waffle-cone vanilla and finished with silky, mouth-filling tannins.
