Giselle Pavlova Gin was inspired by ballerina Anna Pavlova who famously danced the ballet, Giselle. Legend has it that just like Giselle, Anna danced herself to death. Produced in small batches, this delicate gin captures the spirit of Pavlova. Just adorn it with fruit and enjoy. Much like Grandma’s pavlova, we like to keep the exact recipe to Giselle a secret. What we can tell you is we lean on the traditional methods of gin distillation by incorporating the complex botanicals into the spirit at each step – maceration, distillation, and vapour infusion to create this delicious and delicate spirit. Where we diverge from tradition is through the subtle influence of some very peculiar additions – double cream, tahitian vanilla, a dash of both sugar syrup and burnt sugar.
